Not recruiting but want to get involved

Even if you are not recruiting right now, you can still get involved in helping us promote inclusive workplace practices across Ireland

Work Experience Or Placement

Why not offer a jobseeker with a disability a work experience opportunity or placement? A short-term placement like this could help a jobseeker get a job in the future. The EmployAbility Work experience grant is an appropriate way to  offer someone a structured work experience or jobshadow programme, this is often a good solution to assessing a persons suitability to the role, contact us for further info.

CV Clinics/Mock Interviews

You could also help by giving a job seeker some support and training to develop their interview skills.  Your company could host a CV Clinic or offer Mock Interviews to a group of our clients. This would help further prepare them  for a real life scenario interview.

Disability Confidence campaign

We’re building disability confidence in our business communities and encouraging employers to think differently about disability!  Our campaign is to provide information awareness and supports to employers and employees, some of the benefits include:

  • Increased confidence in working with and employing people with a disability
  • Increased productivity amongst staff
  • Increased health and wellbeing for staff in the workplace
  • Provide information and sign posting to other supports and financial incentives
  • Check out the designated website for full info www.disabilityconfidence.ie

Job Shadow opportunities

Maybe your company is open to providing job shadow opportunities to our clients?  We would love to hear from you!
